1. Eligible Return / Refund Cases

You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The product is significantly different from what was described on the product page

  • The wrong item, color, or variant was delivered

  • The product’s function does not match its intended purpose

If any of these apply, we will happily resolve the issue by issuing:

2. Replacements & Exchanges

  • Incorrect size selection (if applicable)

However, we understand mistakes happen.
If you wish to request an exchange due to personal preference (e.g., wrong color or variation), we may support replacement under these conditions:

Customer pays:

  • Return shipping cost (if required)

  • Shipping for new replacement item

  • A small handling fee (varies by category: pet beds, small appliances, clothing, etc.)


3. Size / Measurement Issues

For some categories (e.g., pet beds, home goods, accessories), measurement tolerances may vary slightly.
If the sizing received differs materially from the size chart listed on our website, we will support:

Free replacement
or
Refund

If sizing was chosen incorrectly by the customer, replacement support may be available with handling + shipping fees.


4. Product Images & Variations

Please allow for a slight difference (up to ~15–20%) between:

  • Displayed product images
    vs.

  • The item received

Differences may occur due to:

  • Lighting during photography

  • Display/monitor settings

  • Manual measurement

This small difference is not considered a manufacturing defect.

We always aim to provide accurate product images and descriptions.


5. How We Usually Handle Problems

In most cases of valid issues (damaged, wrong item, defective), we will:

Re-ship the item at our cost
or
Issue a refund

This is rare — but we always take responsibility when it happens.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Because we begin processing as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee changes after this window.
If the order has shipped, we may only assist through the return process once the item arrives.

Note:
Requests to modify/cancel orders just to apply promo codes are not eligible.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you are expecting a refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

8. Promo / Discount Code Policy

  • Discount codes are not applicable to previous, existing, or pending orders

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

  • Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be modified/cancelled

  • You are covered by our 30-day guarantee for valid issues (damage, wrong item, product not as described)

  • Customer errors (address mistakes, refusal to receive package, sizing chosen incorrectly, etc.) are not covered for refunds, but we will do our best to help resolve

  • Minor variations in appearance (color, texture, size tolerance) are not considered defects
